Telemedicine simply requires a smartphone, tablet or computer with video calling capabilities.
What can and cannot be seen over Telemedicine
Many conditions you would normally visit our walk-in urgent care center for can also be seen over telemedicine, including:
- Cold, cough, sore throat and other upper respiratory symptoms
- Mild to moderate seasonal allergies and reactions
- Insect bites
- Skin irritation and rashes
- Sinus infections
Certain symptoms will require you to visit our center in person for diagnosis and treatment. Our center is open convenient hours seven days a week for patients. Symptoms that require in-person treatment include:
- Occupational health visits and injury treatment
- Physical examinations including DOT and pre-employment
- Drug screens
- STD testing and treatment
- Wound care
- Referrals for specialists

After taking down the necessary information regarding insurance, payment, medical history and symptoms, our staff will be able to set up a call for you and one of our providers. You will be texted a secure link for the call and then it will begin.
